I drive a '59 Rambler in college for two years. the only problem it had was the bellcrank in the throttle linkage broke off the side of the block.

Every Prius is drive-by-wire. I will probably use their part in an EV conversion.
Then again, I sell buttloads of pedal position sensors for '07+ Chevy trucks...
