If your Civic came with heated mirrors (read somewhere else in a thread that you had to disconnect the heated mirror thingy) then it would be at least EX. In the U.S. the EX-L came with heated mirrors as standard, the others did not. It also looks like your Civic has alloy wheels, which in America, come on the EX. My LX has hubcaps.
