I've been thinking about increasing the size of Turtle's trunk. When I had the rear coverings off to get to the IMA battery compartment, I saw that there's a lot of wasted space down there!
Cd, I wouldn't consider an Insight if you're doing serious hauling, not only is the trunk really small, but the car is only rated to hold like 350 pounds.
Now my Festiva on the other hand held a LOT! I used to put my push mower, weed eater, blower, etc . . . in the back with a couple of ramps I had built, and mow lawns on the weekend. After I mowed enough to pay for a riding mower I ended up pulling it all around in my trailer, but up until then I mowed out of the Festiva every weekend.
