I want to build the RIW and test it in a subsonic windtunnel, however, I was browing the forums and everybody is calling it a scam. Has this been proven to be a scam? Should I not try testing this? I don't want to waste my resources on a scam. Why do you guys think this would fail, do you have any legitimate reasons?
