I've been trying to find out who I got the idea from on here. I remembered that someone was modifying them in some way. Thanks for the update!. I was just thinking of getting another set just in case they stopped selling them. I got them at autozone too. They are much better than my stock side mirrors for reducing nighttime glare from the newer oem ultra bright headlights that feel like they're on highbeam aimed at my retinas
I can see much better around the driver's side as well. I use the passenger's sideview pilot mirror in combo with the rearview spot mirror to see along the passenger side better too.
