if it happens to have a gap, and is 300uh @ 200A X2 then possibly just one would work for 510v@70a (or even if they are 150uh @200a X2), the coils could use separate switches and diodes to help keep their relative inductance values (need to confirm that theory), but probably have to be switched at the same time because of mutual inductance. I get the feeling that they weren't designed for this though. What are you running it in?

I wonder if somehow the mutual inductance could be useful in interleaved, somehow, or if it would just be simulating 20khz.
