Saturn Problems!?!

Hello, the saturn has recently been getting worse and worse fuel economy as you can see from my fuel logs. I also noticed that it has less acceleration than it used to at the same MAP level (as monitored by a vacuum gauge). I did a compression test and the pressures have seemed to be higher than what they used to be but I didn't think that would cause worse economy. I did however notice some black stuff on the piston faces when looking in the spark holes. Maybe that is the cause? I read that you could clean the pistons with GM Piston Ring Cleaner. I also noticed the car doesn't coast as well as it used to. Anyway I would appreciate any advice you guys give.

Thanks!

*Less power for MAP reading
*Higher compression test (black piston coating)
*Car doesn't coast as it used to
