I'm new to this thread, and I am following it with great interest. I'm enjoying the technical content much.
My curiosity, is to use a 6x3000 bank for starting, with a lightweight 12v racing battery in parallel to keep the cap bank charged and the .05a drain that the car wants, happy.
At the same time, upgrading the starter cable from the rear battery tray, to 0/1ga as well.
