Considering it's tucked behind the gas tank, as is typical of most twist-beam axles, I wouldn't bother at all. A front air dam modification would make more sense and would have a bigger effect. NASCAR racers regularly hit over 200 mph with a big live axle hanging out the back end.
If you want to clean up aero back there, work on covering the area under the rear bumper, where air pushes into the big pocket formed by the inner surface of the bumper.
