Very good. It's good to see manufacturers finally listening to the likes of us. Here is a fiat panda, sorry its only a link but do you see the small holes in it.

I'd imagine when the fan comes on, it would also allow air in. I'm also thinking these stock grille blocks are able to be used in any weather, hot or cold. Food for thought...
