The figures are also a combination of measured distance and the remaining Distance to Empty figure reported by the car.
Depending on the accuracy and in which direction the inaccuracy was there would be quite a bit of room for errors.
Even on gas cars the DTE figure is just a vague estimate. I have driven my car 50km after it reported 0km to empty and yet my wifes car which is the the same type but a couple of years newer model will run out within a couple of km of reporting 0km to empty.
I imagine these electric cars would similarly have differing DTE accuracies.
