Ecky - The coroplast belly pan has been awesome so far.
It actually quieted the road noise considerably along with the obvious aero benefits. No burning, flapping, melting, rubbing, etc . . . I think the aluminum panel under the cat did the trick.
All in all it looks pretty noobish, like a bunch of kids took their tree house apart and made the belly pan from the scrap material, but it's working, and nobody sees it anyway!
