Not much experiance with them but there are plenty of turbo blanket options on the market. Bring your gas mask when you fire the car up for the first couple times because those things STINK when they are "burning in". Contained heat may destroy your catalytic converter and you'll want to use really good oil to keep from killing the turbo's bearing since the blanket will hold more heat for longer time with oil not flowing through the bearing.
