Spotted it yesterday, an Asia Motors Towner. It's a Korean license-made version of the Daihatsu Hijet, fitted with a 796cc 3-cyl gasser and a 5-speed manual transmission.

Since it didn't have to follow the Japanese Kei regulations so strictly, the pick-up version is a little longer than the vans.
Fiat Uno panel-van and a 125cc cargo tricycle. I guess both could be deemed eco at some extent...
Have seen this Fiat Palio about 2 months ago in Florianópolis. This one, specifically, has the 1.0L 4-cyl 8-valve flexfuel engine.
