The temperature finally got to double digits on the weekend and got the ambition to shovel the car out of the snowbank and play around with the battery. Charger appears to be working now. Have LED light and voltage at 156.7 when charger on. The battery was totally flat sitting in the cold for couple months. Will see what happens. Thanks for the help with the charger connections.
