You can not simply install one, you would need a jdm 3 stage vtec d15b and wiring and follow the instructions written by a member who has a 4 door green lx.
The best way to see if you are in lean burn is by monitoring the secondary 02 sensor to see when voltage reads 0. You can use a scan gauge or mpguino but it's also easy to tell with a vacuum gauge
