One thing to ensure is that the wheels not only are similar in lug pattern but also offset (how far in or out the hub face is from the center of the wheel) and seat type (is the wheel centered on the hub or on the lug nuts). This will prevent you from having any bearing or balancing issues respectively.

I mam 100% sure on the weight but if they are like HX or VX wheels from a civic i assume they are lighter than normal, and super "smooth".
I do however know that they will fit fine with correct bolt pattern and offset, all i will need is different tires since the diameter is different.
