R15 means you need 15 inch rims; as the other tires you mentioned are all R14 I assume you have 14 inch rims.
If you are willing to get 15"rims too then yes, you can do that.
Mind the rim width; they need to be narrow enough to fit 165 width tires.
Buy steels and cover them with a plate or pizza pan
