I think I would have skipped all that gutting, given that you live in the plains. How loud is it in there? I suppose driving slow makes up for it.
Can the focus 5th gear be swapped for a higher cog? i really wish the manufacturers would use higher ODs. They do a pretty good job with autos, but seem to be under the impression that people are incapable of downshifting for hills.
