Has the FE dropped ? Yep. Quite a bit actually, but I won't know how much until i fix the odometer.
I have had the issue before and thought that the charcoal canister was clogged ( i read that it will give off a gasoline odor when clogged ) but it's only in the cabin and at random times - mostly after a fill.
