When I do my charge/discharge cycles I charge ~24-28 hours before discharging. On my grid charger, the charging indicator LED stops glowing when I am at 176 + volts. This is my way to know if my battery is fully charged. For the discharge cycle I use a 500w electric heater. It usually discharge in ~5 hours going from fully charged (175v) to discharged, I stop at 130v but there is some people out there who discharge at lower voltages.

I have seen my battery go from ~4.9-5 Ah to 6.5 Ah with 3 full cycles and since then I never had a recalibration or forced regen. For me deep discharging has done wonders to my battery.
