I have been updating the fuel log. Yesterday I did my best trip so far. 100 km in heavy tailwind with average consumption of 2.6 L/100 km according to the computer.
This winter fuel consumption has been 3.6 L/100 km on average (66 mpg). It takes a really long time for the engine to warm up so fuel consumption is very high in the beginning.
The grille block is the only mod this far. Next weekend I'll change to summer tires and hopefully the pumps will start soon selling summer diesel which has higher energy content.
