I apologize for threadjacking, but at least in my case, that's not an option. 14"s are the lower limit for modern small Toyotas (the Echo, xA, xZ, Prius, Yaris), so at that point, good lightweight alloys are a better choice.

I wish I could use 10# 13" steelies. That would be really sweet, actually.
