I just found out about some nut going by "
The Food Babe" that apparently is popular. She had a blog post saying that the pressurized cabin of an airplane is not good for the body because it squeezes the organs. Her lack of understanding that airplane cabins are under pressure relative to the outside air at 35,000 ft, but is at much less pressure than we normally experience is indicative of her lack of overall knowledge of science.
Anyhow, the OP link reminds me of that. For an idea to have credibility, it needs to list sources as proof. An anecdotal story is really not compelling at all.
