I took a compass to make a circle and drilled holes to match the high ring in center of my rim. I then drilled for the valve stem. And drilled and tapped rim for a #10 machine screw. Worked out really well but make sure you have pan perfectly centered to not disturb balance too much. Ohh and they are only $2.44 at Walmart Paint them or they will rust.
