You might be surprised by how much space the Fit has. It's like a bigger car inside. My brother in law has a Mazda 3, officially a size bigger than the Fit, but it's more cramped inside.

Sometimes necessary. For example, going home I have a downhill hairpin with max speed ~30 mph (squealing tires) on a hill that puts me above 40 mph.
