i can only see this as being any way used/have money put into it, is if homes are close to work. i dont want to live within 10-20 miles of my work. my wife cant. suburbs, apartments, condos would all have difficulties, either distance or sq ft storage/restrictions. i have HOA restrictions myself. this, at societies present level, would serve no more than 10% of the people. a lot of money to move closer to services not including getting it all on line.
maybe im being closed minded but i cant see this as reality in my future.
