At this speed my Prius use 65 Wh/km on ordinary roads.
65 Wh/km is the same as 65*100/(9000*0.33)=2.17 L/100km of gasoline.
So on road my Prius 2 consume less energy then this 208 hdi on a test circuit.
So not really impressive

The Prius is highly aerodynamically-enhanced, IIRC it's the production car with the lowest drag. Also, due to the absence of a transmission, there are way less friction losses.
