I'll have to check if they're instant on or not. I didn't notice a difference when I drove it, but I wasn't really paying attention to that specifically. I don't normally drive the car so I'll have to get back to you on that.
It is a bit more blue than I'd hoped. However, on the road it really seems fine. The halogen in real life is a bit more yellow than portrayed by the pictures.
