Now that I've got some time with the current build, I noticed that the aluminum flashing I installed on top of Dark Aero to protect the Tyvek and Coroplast layers is finally breaking down due to the canopy wearing on it. Looks like I need to reinforce the top with some better supports as well. I'll probably go with some galvanized steel flashing and build up some supports directly below where the canopy skids ride on the lid.
I'm thinking of using some aluminum square tubing as it will be light in weight, be able to support the canopy pounding on it, and should be easy to work with.
