I would recommend that you GOOGLE ultra-low-drag bearings/tribology.
There are some fine articles about micro-finishing and synthetic lubes vs efficiency-economy.
You may decide that the ceramic bearings would provide savings lost in the signal-to-noise ratio of testing.Only lab testing could convince an onlooker that a savings could be realized.
