Interesting. I was going to ask about a lockup. Maybe a manual TC lockup like Daox did in his 3-spd Sunfire (iirc- it's over my head). Manual swap would be sweet! I wonder if the 4 speed has a higher final drive ratio than the 5-speed. I seem to remember some cars being like that. Maybe an EF Civic or a Tercel...?
I had no idea the MPG was so good on these, either. It's got three MPG higher than my Probe, and I got 40MPG out of that with a boat tail at 60MPH and no P&G. And 45MPG with P&G and no tail...
You should be able to top 45 on the freeway with some extensive aeromods. Throw a 3G Camaro rear window on it, haha!
