I just slow down gradually until they get frustrated enough to pass me. Much easier and less dangerous.
I don't see many bumper stickers anymore...
although I put some on my Civic. One read, "Walk in balance on Mother Earth," while the others were stickers I got for marshaling rally races up north. The motorsports balanced out the hypermiling.
