I was referring to an EFI system which utilized separate throttle bodies.With an independent idle circuit.The primary throttle would handle low,to mid loads with a long (torque) runner,then transition closed as the secondary bore short,high-speed runner opened for Bahn-storming.
The idea was to have throttles which would always be near WOT.
