I'd keep just the same distance anyway, 2 seconds is about the time it takes for all the debris kicked up by the tires to land back on the tarmac.
Most semis have a loading platform as a back door here. Stores will plaid their loading bays with velvet soon, to avoid damaging those flatscreens
It won't be long before someone figures out the other potential possibilities of having a flatscreen aft. I'll guess we will have to be extra careful during the commercials.
We could sponsor a film showing lots of oncoming traffic so the cars stay behind the truck and save fuel
