Thermal management on those enormous sleeper cabs in American big rigs is, sure, harder than in their European and Asian-designed counterparts with their relatively small sleeping areas. Anyway, for colder weathers he could still resourt to those thermal clothes used by alpinists, while in a hot and dry weather a swamp-cooler provides enought energy-saving.
