The idea is pretty simple, now it seems like the electric motor is on a 1 to 1 ratio with the differential via drive shaft. Is that possible? or do you think there is gear reduction going on between the motor and the input shaft that connects to the pumpkin?

I'm sure utilizing current military style axles the same thing can be done with the electric motor tucked away in the bed instead of so close to the rear bumper. None the less Kudos for the effort and I hope they become a bit more affordable.
