What about the modification would you say caused the warping of the drivers side?
Give it a try! So, for the warping, it just had to do with the metal work. Basically, your cutting a piece of the metal out (a large one at that) and riveting custom designed pieces of metal in it's place, trying to fill the space of the original cut with pieces that match your design. There's a ton of drilling and sanding and hammering/tapping that went into the whole process. Honestly, I was surprised the passenger side went in so smoothly. I got lucky on that side, and it was actually the first of the two fenders that I did.
