I was thinking on the 4-lane 710 South today that I wouldn't mind 65-60-55-50 speed limits from fast to slow lane. A place for everyone. That's one of the common sense definitions anyway (pass on the left), yes? On the 2 lane freeways, 65-55 speed limits. If it was made law in that manner, then maybe this argument would become moot.
