Start immediately with the Scangauge/Ultragauge, and tire pressures... Then the grill block and air dam with all that highway miles should show some improvement. If you need to replace tires then bump up the size of tire when you have to replace them.

Of course your gauges should be able to help you adjust the loose nut between the seat and the controls... That is where you will find the biggest gains. :-)
