In the parking garage case. What actually was happening was creative ecommoding. You see she couldn't figure out how to get under the car to install the belly pan (you can see from the picture it needs one) and she was wanting to lower the overall height on the car to lower wind resistance. She did that, but emergency crews didn't give her time to do the belly pan. Due to the lack of insight she had left all her tools and coroplast in the trunk forgetting the accessibility issues with the car on it's top. Way to go grandma!
