My plan for the rear wheel skirts is to use super magnets to hold them on, with a second super magnet glued inside the plastic parts of the fender if I need an attachment point there.
I'll try folding both mirrors and see how it does. I don't really use the side mirrors at all since I drive a pretty lonely road.
