The front motor is a Netgain Warp9, controlled by an EVNetics Soliton1. The combination is good for 170V (motor limit) and 1000A (controller limit, but near the motor limit too). So, ~170kW, or 234hp, or maybe 200hp at the wheels. With the current 170V pack I am only seeing ~130-140kW due to IR drop. The new pack will be much higher voltage at ~310V, so much less IR drop, and less pack heating, but also full power all the time
. The new pack should be 150-200lbs lighter too, bringing the car down to ~2800lbs.
I am going with Enerdel CE175-360 cells, in a 6P arrangement up to 76S. It depends how much I can fit in...
