Isn't that wonderful.
Now instead of getting great fuel mileage and solving the first worlds transportation energy problems the situation has devolved into a legal battle over money.
That just proves this guy was never cared about the technology he just wanted the money. Building the 100mpg car was a means to that end and it didn't matter if the car worked as advertised as long as some suckers with deep pockets bought into it.
The only winners in this battle will be the lawyers and courts.

This is why the government needs to be very selective about who they give other peoples money to in the name of "alternative energy".
The only thing accomplished all too often is we make some scum bag like this rich with tax payer dollars.

Sure they "file for bankruptcy", after they have hidden as much of that money as they think they can get away with hiding.
