The Torque app and a Bluetooth OBDII adapter is another cheap option. I don't have a smart phone, so it doesn't work for me. But if you do, you can get this for about the same price as your vacuum gauge.

I've got an iPhone, and there is no torque app. there are several other similar apps, but i dont yet know which one would be appropriate. it also would have to be a wifi adapter as bluetooth wouldnt work with iPhone. with that being said, it may be worth it just to pick up a used android phone or tablet for a dedicated one. also, there are not a lot of good places to stick them in my car without just setting them on top of the dash which i am not super excited to do just yet.
