Improving aerodynamics from cab to camper shell

Just bought a 2000 f250 7.3 2wd. Has a camper shell that's more squared off than flush with the cab roof. So until I can get the proper aerocap I'm looking for, I need to improve the gap between the can and camper. I'm attaching a pic. What I'm thinking is the seal that goes along garage doors to try and improve the wind turbulence. Y'all think this will have any improvements?
