I recently towed 2300+lbs of trash to the dump with the 05 Focus. I was extremely surprised at the weight when weighed at the scale. I could tell the trailer had some weight but it drove quite well.

Also used the same Focus to move 1200+ miles with probably 1500lbs in the harbor freight 4x8. Pulled just fine even over the mountain passes. Passed many big rigs and light trucks some with trailers.

Sold the truck before the move. Glad I did. Cars are so much better to drive than trucks. Though the truck was useful I found that I didn't use it as a truck all that often. Just a few times a month at best.
