Hi secaturbo, If you look at permalink# 38 from this thread, you will see that I am drawing water from the lower radiator hose as it comes out of the bottom of the radiator. The 1500 watt water header pump pushes the water up to a tee into the heater core return line and from there the water bypasses the thermostat and circulates through the engine, out the upper radiator hose, through the radiator and out again through the lower rad hose.. The return line from the heater core is the one that doses not have the heater core shut off valve. Sorry, I don't have a picture of where I tapped into the heater core line. It is under the battery tray.

PLEASE NOTE, if your Kats tank heater doses not have its own water pump motor to circulate the heated water this set up will not work for you.
