I used coroplast on my Cummins diesel & caravan; small improvement in mpg. I need to find black coroplast for the cummins because it won't stay painted. The front of the van I blocked off the lower grill using heavy black duct tape & trimmed it with curves to look natural. The rear I made a Kammback out of coroplast & covered in duct tape- 4 yrs later still holding up just fine.
