I'm not worried about the legality of this modification (someone else brought that up originally). The setup I was running before (drop-in LED bulbs) was blatantly illegal, as are all the plug-and-play LED and HID kits out there; if this is illegal, it's only on a technicality, and I very much doubt I will get hassled for it. Plus, with the better beam pattern, distance, output, and cutoff, this will be safer while using less power.
